I’m Morgan Dix. I’m honored to be your guide on this transformative meditation journey. In this lesson, I share my passion for meditation and how the adventure of my life led me on my personal journey and ultimately transformed my life.

    After 2 concussions , Ifound myself withdrawn, lonly and with extreme emotional and mood swings. was introduced to mindfulness, after trying several medications thta created a numbness and an even more empty feeling. like iwas aan observer and not an active participant and with some consulling was drawn to rediscover my own self with reflection an observation. trying to return to a form of my past self with more peace and less tension. I’ve battled with addiction in my past and found the self loathing returning. It is time for a better self
