Welcome to you three-part meditation journey! We created this short course to help you reduce stress and move beyond the vexing activity of the mind so you can enjoy the fullness of your life!
This simple course gives you a basic introduction to meditation. It also equips you with a foundation for turning meditation into a life-long habit. You can move through the course at your own pace. (Note: Overachievers, you have the option to access all modules now and quickly complete the course.) If you prefer a leisurely paced journey, schedule 30 minutes each day in your calendar for the next three days.
Here’s what we’ll explore together:
In Module 1, you’ll explore why meditation is such a powerful antidote to stress and how it can free you from the relentless pressure of modern life.
In Module 2, you’ll discover how to overcome common meditation obstacles and challenges to ensure you receive immediate and long-lasting meditation benefits.
Finally, in Module 3, you’ll hear inspiring and powerful stories of transformation from long-time meditators.
Guided Meditations: In modules 2 and 3, you’ll start working with two 20-minute guided meditations to help you establish your own meditation practice.
