Lesson 3: Do Less to Achieve More

The most important thing to remember during meditation is to be easy and effortless. Meditation is the most divine practice of self-compassion you will ever experience.

Who can meditate?

Anyone who can think a thought can meditate. Thoughts are part of the process.

Do thoughts during meditation ever stop?

Do not expect to stop or force out thoughts during meditation.

You might even celebrate them because during meditation thoughts are a clear sign that stress is being released.

How do I know if I am meditating correctly?

If you notice your thoughts and gently return back to the source of your meditation, you will receive 100% of the benefits.

What if I have the desire to meditate, but I don’t have time?

Meditation is the only practice I know of that actually gives you back the time you spend doing it.

If you want to receive the benefits of meditation, I am confident you’ll find the time.

My personal mission to ensure that if you (and every other person on the planet) have an inkling of a desire to meditate, you understand with complete certainty that you can meditate. It is easy. And it requires no effort, except to find the time.

In meditation, the least amount of effort brings the greatest results.
