When it comes to exercise, Megan Fox, actress and star of the blockbuster hit, Transformers, doesn’t prefer cardio. She likes to exercise her mind – with meditation. In an interview with InStyle magazine, Megan says:
“I also meditate. I took classes and have gotten pretty good at it,” she revealed. “I can stay under and focus for 30 minutes. I put lavender on my forehead and I mix lavender oil with vanilla oil and apply it as a fragrance as they smell really good together.”
Megan says she uses meditation to stay focused, avoids dairy and tries to eat raw and vegan foods whenever possible. She joins the growing list of celebrities who meditateregularly to maintain calm in their hectic lifestyles.
