Your Lesson Exercises
Each of your lessons also has a practice exercise. These exercises will help you put the lesson into practice. I encourage you to try these exercises. They will help you A LOT.
Why? Because listening to your guided meditations will give you an experience of meditation, while doing the exercises teach you how to practice meditation on your own. Both are important. They each activate different parts of you. But doing the exercises take just a little more effort, but it’s worth it. Every ounce of effort you make in this course will pay off in ways you can’t imagine.
Building a meditation practice, even for 5 minutes a day, is like creating any new habit. It takes effort and intention. These exercises will help you build and sustain this new habit.
