Thank you for visiting this website (“Site”) operated by Harmonious Holdings LLC (hereinafter referred to as either “we” , “us” or “our”).  Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explaining our website privacy information policy and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used at the Site.  This Privacy Policy applies only to our privacy practices with respect to the Site and does not apply to any offline practices.  Your use of the Site indicates that you have read and accepted our privacy practices, as described in this Privacy Policy.  In addition, to the extent available and posted on the Site, please review our Site Terms of Use, which governs your use of the Site.  Applicable laws require us to tell you how we collect, share and protect your personal information.  Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand what we do.

 Information We Collect at this Site; Use of Cookies

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect any PII from children under thirteen (13) years of age unless the collection complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).  If you are under thirteen (13) years of age, do not send any information about yourself to us.  If we discover that a child under the age of thirteen (13) years has provided us with PII, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that child’s PII from our system.

 Consent to Transfer Information to the United States

This Site is operated in the United States.  If you are located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be collected within the United States.  By using the Site, participating in any of our services and / or providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer.

We have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures as we deem reasonable to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online. Assignability; Governing Law
